A section 701 (countervailing duty) & 731 (antidumping duty) petition was filed on the last day of January (01/31/2014) on Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod from People’s Republic of China (AD & CVD) by Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and Wiley Rein, LLP on behalf of ArceloMittal USA LLC, Charter Steel, Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel, Gerdau Ameristeel US Inc., and Keystone Consolidated Industries Inc, and Nucor Corporation.
