A section 701 (countervailing duty) & 731 (antidumping duty) petition was filed yesterday (9/16/2013) on Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) by Squire Sanders (US) LLP on behalf of Ajinomoto North America Inc.

The countries cited in the petition are:

·       People’s Republic of China (AD & CVD) and

·       Republic of Indonesia (AD & CVD).

 

The investigation numbers are 701-TA-503-504 and 731-TA-1229-1230.

The preliminary conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.  October 7, 2013 and the post-conference briefs are due on or before October 10, 2013.
