A section 701 (countervailing duty) & 731 (antidumping duty) petition was filed today (9/18/2013) on Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel  by Kelley Drye & Warren LLP on behalf of AK Steel Corporation, Allegheny Ludlum and the United Steelworkers.

The countries cited in the petition are:

·       People’s Republic of China (AD & CVD)

·       Czech Republic (AD)

·       Federal Republic of Germany (AD)

·       Japan (AD)

·       Republic of Korea (AD)

·       Poland (AD) and

·       Russian Federation (AD).

The investigation numbers are 701-TA-505 & 731-TA-1231-1238.
