A section 701 & 731 petition was filed yesterday (8/29/2013) on Chlorinated Isocyanurates by Cassidy Levy Kent (USA) LLP on behalf of Clearon Corp. and Occidental Chemical Corporation.

The countries cited in the petition are:

  • The People’s Republic of China (CVD); and

  • Japan (AD)

The investigation numbers are 701-TA-501 and 731-TA-1226.

There is an existing antidumping order on Chlorinated Isocyanurates from China and Spain which was reviewed at the USITC in 2010.
